CloudController has been closely integrated to VMware at the API level. As a member of the VMware Technical Alliance Program (TAP), InContinuum gives its customers the commitment to provide technical support for all aspects of the virtualization environment as required.

Integration

InContinuum will support customers using our products to automate and control delivery of cloud-based services on VMware virtual environments. InContinuum will provide technical support for CloudController in VMware virtual environments in an identical manner as with other enterprise management software on other supported x86-based systems without requiring reproduction of issues on native hardware. Should InContinuum have reason to identify the virtualization layer as the root cause of an incident, the customer will be required to contact the appropriate VMware support provider to resolve the virtualization layer issue.

Virtual Machine (VM)

InContinuum will support the use of the CloudController Instance Server (CCIS) in a virtual machine for use in VMware virtual environments.

InContinuum provides the CCIS in a certified virtual appliance for use in VMware virtual environments.
