Your Journey to Azure Stack.

Microsoft Azure Stack is the ‘on-premise’ product version of the Azure public cloud service. It is an Azure instance running in your data center, and not a System Center add-on like Windows Azure Pack. It enables your organization to deliver Azure services from your data center in a way that is consistent with Azure.

CloudController is deeply integrated to the Azure Stack APIs, appearing as a registered gallery item. Azure Stack uses the same business logic as WAP and with our CMP you can manage hypervisors and public clouds through the Azure portal. CloudController brings the same power of unified hybrid cloud or multi-cloud automation and control to Azure Stack.

To start with, you probably decided to initially get into Cloud Computing using your own on-premise Microsoft environment and/or Microsoft Azure public cloud services. To manage this, you would use Windows Azure Pack (WAP). WAP helped you get your Microsoft Cloud computing strategy off the ground. It enables you to offer a rich, self-service, multi-tenant cloud, consistent with the public Azure experience.

Now you want more – You would like to manage your Amazon Web Services, or IBM Cloud Bluemix services as well as your other on-premise hypervisors from your WAP environment. CloudController can be fully integrated into your WAP interface by installing an easy-to-use WAP extension on your System Center clients that allows cloud service users and administrators to create, deploy and manage all these resources – including cloud service contract management and billing/payment management.

InContinuum has built CloudController from the ground-up to easily set-up Cloud services with an agnostic approach – hypervisors and Public clouds. This facilitates the integration of hybrid cloud environments. CloudController – the Cloud Management Platform, has been designed and developed to automate all aspects of creating and managing a cloud. The design, configuration, ordering, payment, chargeback, showback provisioning, deployment, management and reporting for cloud-based managed services are treated as one continuous process.

It has been conceived with self-service precepts in mind. Subsequently, IaaS, PaaS, Containers and Virtual Network Services can be launched, managed, and controlled without requiring human intervention.

CloudController offers a full set of unique features and is fully integrated in the Windows Azure Pack interface and Azure Stack.
